Please help, can't download BW10 from BW homepage.

I have a brand new computer and need to download BW10.
I tried many times to download from the BW website but always getting "Failed...Forbidden" message.
I have my activation code but before clicking the download button I was not asked to enter the activation code.
Could someone help me and point me to the right place please. Thank you.
