Two reasons for the multiple copies:
1. Different coding schemes -- BibleWorks, Friberg, Robinson (also called "The Modified BibleWorks Greek Scheme").
2. For use with the AGNT tab in the Analysis Window.
For a list of the Greek New Testament versions in BW10, go to BW main menu / Help / BibleWorks Help Contents.
Section 2, BibleWorks 10 Full Contents, starts off with a list of the Greek New Testament text and morphological versions, which should be helpful.
BW10 Help Section 72, Morphological Coding Schemes, explains the differences between them.
I hope this helps.
