Is BW10 itself activated and running normally as far as you can tell?
Is it a Mac or PC?
Can you post a screenshot of the entire computer screen with the activation codes hidden of the error message you receive?
Did you use an ISO that you downloaded after BW closed or media that to received while BW was still in business?
Was this the first installation of BW on the computer?
If not, how did you uninstall BW?
