Strange words in Lexicons

I was researching John 1:1 when I noticed that in the lexicons there are words not in John 1:1 such as ἀκολουθέω and the proper name Γάϊος (BDAG). Many other words not in the text appear in other lexicons. It does not matter which GNT I click.

How do I fix this?
