Dialog boxes cut off half the content - Help!

I installed BW10 on a new laptop that has a much higher resolution than what I've had previously. With help, I was able to resize the main window so it wasn't fuzzy, but every dialog box looks like this, and rescaling doesn't help. I cannot access anything outside the existing dialog box. Anybody know what I can do?

Im a small twitch streamer and I am having trouble with my chat that I put on stream. My old CSS, which I lost, removed old messages when new messages came in. The new CSS simply pushes the old text upwards. The result is the possibility of the chat showing half cut off messages on screen, it looks ugly.
