    Default retrieving

    when I tried to update my esv 2011 the updater says the file can not be retrieved with a few more updates saying the same.. what can I do?

    Are you using BW9 or BW10?
    I don't think updates are available for BW9 anymore. BW10 can only be updated if you were up-to-date with your updates when BW closed, or you have installed it from the current downloadable ISO.
