unable to run "setup"

I have been trying to reinstall Bibleworks 10 on a new computer. I downloaded the iso file. Whenever I try to run setup, windows gives me and error: "cannot access the specified device, path, or file..." I have checked the permissions and ownership of the downloaded iso file. I have also tried disabling antivirus software. Nothing seems to work. Anyone else had this problem and found the solution?

Just after I posted the original question, I discovered the solution. I realized I had 2 security programs running at once. Once I disabled one of these, the setup ran fine.
