Working Catalina solution for the impatient

I've got it running under Catalina now, but I'm surprised how slow it runs under my 16" MBPro with 1Tb SSD, 16GB Ram, and 6 cores.

More importantly, is there any way to activate the High Resolution version that was programmed for Retina displays? I'm running an external 32" 4k screen.

Thanks for the help provided here. It was a smooth install and now Bibleworks 10.0.8.755 is running great with Crossover on Catalina on a MacBook Pro (13" Mid-2012 16GB RAM 1TB SSD).

Just wondering if anyone knows if Crossover is a workable solution for macOS Ventura?
