    Exclamation I cannot start BibleWorks 10 in my new Windows 10 environment.

    Hello, I am a Japanese Catholic priest. Though I am not a heavy user, I have been using BibleWorks for more than ten years. Since last year I have been using BibleWorks 10 in my Windows 7 (64bit) desktop computer. Recently I installed Windows 10 to the same machine by dual-boot style.
    When I tried to start BibleWorks 10 in my Windows 10 environment after installation, the following message appeared...
    ================================================== ===========
    BibleWorks needs to reinstall the Bwcyrl font. This operation requires a reboot of your computer. This can be scheduled to take place the next time you restart your system.
    If you would like to schedule ths action please click on yes below. You may be prompted to give permission before proceeding.
    ================================================== ===========

    And when I clicked on "yes" button, the second message appeared as follows...
    ================================================== ===========
    BibleWorks fonts will be reinstalled the next time you restart Windows. Please restart Windows before running BibleWorks again.
    ================================================== ===========

    Then I closed all applications and restarted Windows. But the installation of the Bwcyrl font did not start. And when I tried to start BibleWorks again, the same message (the 1st one) appeared. I can never open BibleWorks main window.

    I tried to cope with this trouble in many ways. For example, through the InstallShield Wizard I modified, but the same error occurred. Next, through the InstallShield Wizard I repaired, but the same error occurred. Next, I uninstalled BibleWorks 10 and I saw if there remained any BibleWorks-related fonts, and I manually uninstalled such fonts. Then I re-installed BibleWorks, but the same error occurred. And the next time, I manually installed BwCyrl.ttf but the same error occurred. Next, I disabled the "UAC" of Windows 10 and restarted Windows 10, but the same error occurred. Next, I uninstalled BibleWorks again and tried to re-install it through the ISO file in the Website instead of the USB memory version I bought, but the same error occurred.
    I can think of no other ways. Please help me!

    After you did the procedures you mentioned in your post, did you check to see if the Bwcyrl font was installed?

    Open Notepad, Format, Font..., select Bwcyrl, type some letters and see if it works.

    Otherwise I would suspect something related to dual booting. What tool do you use to dual boot?

    Talking Thank you now john! You gave me a decisive clue!

    After reading your reply, I noticed that I had not thoroughly checked the validity of the Bwcyrl.ttf itself. It looked as if the font itself (and the installation of it) had no problem, but I tried to replace it with another file downloaded from "www.azfonts.net". And then I was able to start BW10. Thank you very much!

    Welcome to the forum.

    The 64 Bit Mac installer will not work with the Mac OS update and is not intended at this point to be fixed.

    You probably have an installation code that came with the purchase of the Stuttgart Package. You will need this to install this module.

    I do not have that add on package. Perhaps someone who does can assist you further.
