Unable to Find BDAG & HALOT

I recently installed BW10 onto the computer I received at my new job as a pastor. During installation I entered the activation codes for BW10, upgrade from BW9, BDAG, and HALOT. However, after BW10 loaded I am unable to find BDAG and HALOT. I have the program installed with these two modules on two home computers and they work. Does anyone know why I am not seeing them on this new install? I have noticed that when I go to "File" and try to click "Activate Database" it does absolutely nothing, as in I can't click on it. Any ideas? Thanks!

I have experienced the same problem when I clicked as you did. I was running in as a standard user. I ran BW as an administrator and was able to click on Activate Database and get the expected result.
