Inserting a Tab Crashes BW 10

Dear Friends: Hope all is well. I seems that when I right click to add a tab in the Search Window, BW 10 crashes. I simply added a tab labeled as "2" (no apostrophes). I'm not sure why.

Many thanks Scott. I guess we'll wait for an BW update to solve this problem? I use the Tab function on occasion, so it's not urgent. Thanks again for your response.

I should probably know this, since I've been a BW user for years. Where does one go to register a "glitch" and/or problem with a BW's feature? When I attempt to insert a tab in the Search Window, the program crashes. Not the worst glitch however (depending on how one uses tabs), but one that will eventually need to be addressed by the good folks at BW. Please let me know.
