    Default Integrating KJV and KJA

This is a two-part "how do I..." inquiry.
    1. I'd like to integrate KJA and KJV, so the King James Apocrypha is selected along with the rest of the King James Version.
    2. I'd like to have the integrated set of books presented in "Catholic" canonical order.

    How do I do it?

    Thanks for your help.

I have compiled it in BW (KJV+KJA with strong and notes in "Catholic" canonical order).

That's interesting. Unless I'm mistaken (and I could well be), the KJA used to include the canonical books in addition to the Apocrypha.
