Under the menu system look at Resources | Commentaries | Lange, Commentary on the Holy Scriptures.

The more typical way is through the third pane window (Analysis Window). Look for the tab called Vs1 and then the pull down menu box within that. Click on that menu box and select Lange's Commentary.

I have just now downloaded Lange's Commentary. Thank you for this free update!

But...forgive me, I cannot see it. I read the post above, went in through the menu system Resources > Commentaries, but no Lange is visible.
    Same thing under Analysis Window.

Here is what I am seeing:
    > Analysis Window
    > Vs 1
    > Tischendorf
    > Textual Commentary
    (Bruce Metzger:
    "Preface To The First Edition
The present volume is designed to serve as a companion to the third edition of the United Bible Societies’ Greek New Testament, edited by Kurt Aland, Matthew Black, Carlo M. Martini, Bruce M. Metzger, and Allen Wikgren.")

Did you close and restart BibleWorks after installing Lange's? It doesn't sound like it's installed even though you installed it.

Look at the BibleWorks folder (usually something like c:\Program Files (x86)\BibleWorks 10\databases\

In that folder you should see files called "lange.XXX"

My guess is that right now those files aren't there. If they were you should see it in the program.

If they aren't there, you need to reinstall Lange's. If they ARE there, then I'm befuddled.

Default Still No Accessible Lange's Commentary

    Dr. Hanel,

Close and restart BibleWorks 10? Check.

Open the file tree? Check. Five 'lange' files present on the computer:
    Windows 10
    > program files (x86)
    > BibleWorks 10
    > databases
    > _ptchtmp
    lange.chd CHD file 1 KB
lange.chm compiled HTML Help file 64,662 KB
    lange.sdx SDX file 2,514 KB
    lange.vri VRI file 3,544 KB
    lange.vrt VRT file 1,003 KB

    Name: Screenshot (2).png
Views: 167
Size: 181.5 KB

Only thing left to do is redownload. I've never attempted that once a file has already been downloaded. I'm sure it will be available somehow, but don't recall how to do it.

Glenn copy the lange.XXX files from your _ptchtmp folder directly into \databases\ folder.
