Font export issue

BW always pastes into Word at font size of 7.5. Changing the export font works, but not the font size. Any suggestions? Here's my current setup:

Does this happen in all languages? How are you pasting into Word? FWIW, Word has several paste options. If you right-click in the document you'll see 3 paste options; the first one, "Keep Source Formatting," may help. Or not; but it could be worth a shot.
