Ouch! I have no idea. Do you have the problem anywhere other than the CNTTS apparatus? Have you tried shutting down and restarting both BW and your computer? If that doesn't work, maybe going back to a previous checkpoint would solve it. If none of that works, I'd take it to tech support.

Sorry I can't be of more help, but I do feel your pain.

Check Tools > Options, then under General > Fonts. For Greek it should say Bwgrkl (or something else starting with Bwgrk). If it doesn't, click the downward arrow and scroll through the lists of fonts till you find the BibleWorks Greek (Bwgrk) set and pick one. You may have to do this for each of the 3 radio-button selections (Search Window Fonts, Browse/Analysis Window Fonts, and Export Fonts). If that doesn't help, I have no idea, and you should definitely e-mail tech support.

    Thumbs up

My problem with the Greek font is resolved!

I would like to commend Bibleworks Staff (this time, Mark) for quick, efficient, and friendly help...

NOT THE SAME with other Bible Software vendors....

Mike Bushell himself tagged in and helped without pause last time UNTIL my software problem was solved!!

UNHEARD OF in other circles... Just want to say BibleWorks has the BEST all around product and SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

    Sincerely,
    Gilbert

Indeed, BW's support is far superior to what we find with many other software creators.

Out of curiosity, Gilbert, what proved to be the solution?
