Default New BibleWorks Greek Module - "Guess That Diagram"

BibleWorks is pleased to announce an exciting new tool for teaching and learning New Testament Greek diagrams. The new Guess That Diagram quiz module enables students to view a blank diagram and guess the verse to which that diagram applies. Teachers can use the Guess That Diagram module for team competition. The learning curve for using this module is very small, since it follows a popular game show format. You can even buy a preposition! The screenshot of the module shows the easy-to-use interface.

Student comprehension of Greek increases exponentially through practice with the Guess That Diagram module. Third-year M.Div students at the Sam Houston Seminary of Snowflake, TX can routinely guess the correct diagram in 4 words or less. (The diagram for 1 Cor 15:36 caused them some problems, since that diagram looks like the streetmap of the city, with the seminary located at the first word in the verse.)

This new feature is available starting April 1, 2011.

    Hi Glenn,

Jim Wert is quicker than I am. Being the sucker I am, I was trying to figure out how the learning curve was small. Well played, Glenn Weaver.

I have purposely tried not to make our April 1 offerings as realistic as the BiSKet. We had people contact us about ordering them. We don't want to put BibleWorks users in a position where they might feel foolish.

We turned down a number of ideas that would have been great, but they might have offended some users or have been seen as attacks against other software companies. Humor can be difficult!

    Blessings,
    Glenn

I thought that was the whole point of April FOOL's jokes.
