Problem with Example Finder in Flashcards

So I'm using the Flashcards thing. The filter is set for every word in Psalm 51. But when I use the Example Finder, setting it to find every verse with at least 1 list-word and no more than 0 non-list words, the only verse it returns to me is Psalm 51:16. When I change it to search for every verses with at list 1 list-word and no more than 1 non-list words, it gives me a list of verses that still does not include several verses in Psalm 51! I'm not the sharpest knife in the box, but it seems like it should at least include all the verses in Psalm 51. I'm current on all my updates (using BW8.0.015y.1). What's the deal?

You may need to make sure that you have the correct Vocabulary file open. It is possible that you have open a vocabulary list with only a limited number of words.

With the Vocabulary Flashcard Module open, under File/Open - click on hotvoc.vrc. This will give you a complete vocabulary.

Thanks, Jim, but I do have hotvoc.vrc loaded up. The list of vocab words that it is giving me is complete. (I've made my own flashcards with it, and I've translated the psalm with them, so I checked.) The problem with Example Finder though is still present. I am flummoxed.

The problem here is that you are using the hotverbs file. It is ONLY a list of Hebrew REGULAR verbs. (You would have to check the Help file to discover that...) SO, use the "hotvoc" file instead and set up your filter like this:

I'm sorry, but I'm quite sure I'm not using the hotverbs file. I'm using hotvoc.vrc.

It also does this: When I choose "Include all words in vocabulary file" and check "Include Hebrew" (but not "Include Aramaic") it gives me a nice list of 7681 words (out of 8387). So you'd think that when the Example Finder was instructed to find verses that have at least 1 list word and no non-list words, it would return quite a few thousand verses. But it only finds 874 of them. So what's up?
