Cannot highlight Chinese text in BW8

Anyone has experienced a problem in highlighting the Chinese text in BW8? Highlighting works fine in all other versions, but it fails to show in my CU5 and CNV5 text. Thanks.

It depends on what you mean by "highlighting". I can drag the cursor to highlight text to search in all four Chinese versions. But I cannot add color to the text of any Chinese version.
