Exporting non-unicode fonts???

Can anyone tell me quickly how to set up BW8 to export in good old bwhebb non-Unicode? No matter what I do the options on the dialog below are always grayed out???

In order for those boxes to be active you have to uncheck the over-ride box on the fonts page under general settings.
