Link BW to Bible Navigator?

Hi there,
I'm trying to figure out how to link BibleWorks 7 to the Holman Bible Dictionary (as well as other stuff) within Bible Navigator. Any ideas?

Also,
I was able to link BW7 to www.BibleGateway.com in order to open up the TNIV to the verse displayed in BibleWorks.
