Dallas Theological Seminary is subsidizing the cost of the workshop for their faculty, staff and students.
For DTS faculty, staff and students: $15 for one workshop, $25 for both.
For all other attendees: $25 for each workshop.

These workshops will demonstrate the use of BibleWorks version 7 and the instructor will do all teaching in both workshops from BibleWorks 7. Much of the material in the Essentials workshop will apply to other versions of BibleWorks, however, the Intermediate Workshop will spend a considerable amount of time discussing tools unique to BibleWorks 7. Click here for a brief description of what each workshop will cover.

Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop with BibleWorks installed. Each workshop will include several short hands-on review assignments to give you an opportunity to practice what you learn. A laptop, however, is not required to attend either workshop.

Dallas Theological Seminary is taking registrations for these workshops. Registration information along with payment should be sent to Rose Henness in the New Testament department at the above address. Checks should be made payable to Dallas Theological Seminary. Any questions on these workshops should be directed to Michael Burer at 214-382-3927.

Michael Burer will teach the Essentials Workshop. Michael earned his Master of Theology and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary, where he currently serves as Assistant Professor of New Testament Studies. He is also the Assistant Project Director for the NET Bible and occasionaly writes materials for the website. Residing in Forney, Texas, he is married to Melony and has three young children.
