Thread: New wishlist for BW (as of Feb. 2007)

Default Cut and paste interlinear text

I'd very much like the ability to copy and paste formatted interlinear text from the BibleWorks display window at least into the BW editor, and preferably into a word processor.

I have used Word macros to do this sort of thing, but I find it time-consuming when I'm in the middle of doing analysis.

    Thanks!

Default Links from BDAG to Josephus et al.

This may be nigh impossible, but it would be great to have links in BDAG entries for citations from Josephus and other text corpora.

I don't think it's so much nigh impossible as extremely time consuming. You can run a script to create the links, but inevitably you get errors in it too. I am sure right now it's somewhere on the list of things to do, but probably a matter of deciding how it weighs into their overall priorities.

I've been working on some projects that require text linking and man is it a tedious process!
