In an editor window, is there a way to create a hyperlink to a particular section in the synopsis window.

For example: I've got a note for John 19:25 that references aland.sdf section #344 in the Synopsis window for the witnesses to the crucifixion. Is there a way to create a hyperlink that takes me there?

It's not a crucial issue, just trying to satisgy my curiosity and my laziness.
