My everyday workspace maximizes space for the results and auto-info windows, as well as for the editor window--which I use extensively. I trim away never-used buttons and try to use as many keyboard shortcuts as possible.

It's also very handy to then be able to use the tabs to follow certain trains of thought as you're reading and then with a handy click back to the tab where you started you can continue your work. That is so much better than the old configuration in my opinion
