I don't think the program will allow you to do what you want. You can collapse (to 2: search and browse) or expand to four windows (1 search, 1 browse, 2 analysis or 1 search, 2 browse, 1 analysis)...

Every time I open BW8 on my desktop (XP) I have to resize the browse window. This doesn't happen on my laptop (Vista). Any ideas?

From what I am reading on this thread, BW8 shipping is still handling those of you who were wise enough to order with priority shipping. I guess they will get to the rest of us (hopefully) some time...
