About a year ago, I tried putting together an inscriptions database, and got several texts in, but I could never get the morphology to work.

Is there any chance we could get a native Hebrew (and myabe Aramaic?) Inscriptions module in BW 7?

I know Accordance has one (http://www.accordancebible.com/modules/details.php?ID=137)...

I give this suggestion a very hearty second. How far, however, should the inscriptions go? WOuld KAI be sufficient, or would the more comprehensive list by Renz and Rollig be better?

Don't forget to check the latest:

I think KAI would be great, with Hebrew AND Aramaic inscriptions. I haven't used Rollig at all yet, so I can't offer an opinion on it. Generally, more is better, but there are certainly trade-offs.

I suspect it would be easier and lighter on the wallet to simply license and adapt the database that Accordance has.

I know Accordance has one (http://www.accordancebible.com/modules/details.php?ID=137)...

And now Logos has one: http://www.logos.com/products/prepub/details/3581

Please, please BW provide the same!

This logos text on inscriptions looks very good and for a $99 pre-order, it is worth it. I hope (but know better) that it includes photos and drawings of inscriptions as well. It will be interesting to see how it handles variant readings in such inscriptions as the cave text near Ein Gedi.

In the eschaton these add-ons will have a common structure so that they could be used on many platforms. Before the rapture, we shall just have to access Logos through the new BW7 tie-in.
