View Full Version : Indenting a paragraph in the editor

When taking notes in BW7 I like to indent long quotations, like this:

NRS Romans 5:1 Therefore, since we are justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ...
However, the "increase indent" button, (which BTW worked just fine in this post) is erratic in the BW editor. Sometimes it indents the paragraph 5 spaces, sometimes 15 or more, sometimes not at all. Any help anyone can give is appreciated.

Yep, "erratic" is the word. Happens all the time.

I've found two odd things:

Even though you indent once, and it whacks 'way over to the right, you can try doing Ctrl+Z, and it will undo it. But sometimes it may take a number of successive Ctrl+Z's to undo one indentation.
If you indent a number of paragraphs at a time, they may wrongly-indent to differing degrees; and they may undo (Ctrl+Z) as if they'd been indented separately.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll give it a try.
