Hello friends,

I'm working on an iMAC Version 10.4.11.
Processor: 2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory: 1 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM

Planning to instal Bibleworks7. As there are no Mac versions, I'm forced to go for a Windows Emulator. Can someone help me with the following questions:

a. With each version of Bibleworks, do I also have to upgrade the Emulator?
b. What is the best emulator in the market?
c. Have you or anyone known to you using Bibleworks7 on IMAC?
e. What problems (hardware/software) do you have with Bibleworks7 running on iMAC through a Windows Emulator?

Appreciate your time.

Hey Allen,

Do a search for "Mac" or "parallels" on these forums and you'll see a lengthy list of discussions about running Bibleworks on a Mac.

I myself run it using Parallels on a Macbook Pro, which is simply fabulous. Using Parallels or VMWare Fusion, you effectively turn your Windows programs into Programs running within OSX. It's simply beautiful.

So, do a search, read up, and post again if you have more questions!

Just to quickly answer your questions:
A. No - it's just like running it in Windows.
B. In my opinion: Parallels. Many like VMWare Fusion, though.
C. On an iMac specifically, no. I run it on a Macbook Pro, a buddy of mine on a regular Macbook.
D. Absolutely no problems. I can even copy-n-paste between Bibleworks and any OSX application.
