BibleWorks Executable (Rev 1 6.0.010a)

BibleWorks Automatic Update Notification
Date: 06/04/04 at 20:39:02
Title: BibleWorks Executable (Rev 1 6.0.010a)

This patch contains the latest executable.
This exe is necessary if you download the Targum files update that was just posted.

- View | Zoom | 125%, 150%, 200%, 400% added

- Selecting a group of symbols and deleting them was being recorded as
multiple undo operations. Now it is a single undo operation.

- Minor tweak to the mouse behavior when dragging sizing points and holding
SHIFT (vert/horz lock)

- Opening dgm files created with older versions of the EXE will now
automatically enhance the Y-style conjunctions symbols in the files. This
will allow the "Y" to be freely sized. The base of the "Y" in existing
documents will also now receive modifier symbols.

- Disconnecting two symbols is fast again (was causing lots of disk

- Holding down ALT when disconnecting two symbols will let you drag the
disconnected symbol to a new position while clicking and dragging the
connection point

- Holding down SHIFT when dragging symbols or resizing symbols will restrict
the mouse to horizontal or vertical motion

- Minimizing a diagrammer window will put an icon in the taskbar

- Diagrammer now has a regular BibleWorks icon

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but the fact is that when I open the Synopsis Tool and then try to open the text highlighter, BW invariably crashes!

I can reproduce that sequence, ending in a crash. Win XP, 6.0.01a.

I opened the diagrammer this morning, opened a file I was working on, and decided to zoom to a smaller size, but first I thought I'd check out a larger size, so zoomed to 150%. "Cool,' I thought. But I really wanted a smaller size so clicked on 66%. Nothing happened.

66% now enlarges rather than goes smaller. 100$, 75% and 50%, etc. all work fine, but 66% shows 150% now. I tried another file. Same thing.

I closed BW's and reopened the file. Same thing. I don't now if it was a sequence that I did, i.e. went to 150 first? or if 66% was just the wrong size.

One other point. When I close or save a file that has been zoomed to some other %, say 50, and I re-open that file it opens at 100% even though there is a check by 50% in the zoom list. It seems to remember the size there in the zoom percent list, but not in the actually window.

In Christ,
