For who loves Maps here look at:

Bible Geocoding

Thanks! Been luvin' this site. Is there a way to save these .kml files as JPEGs?

Thanks Pasquale. I'll start marching through your advice. Looking forward to using more of these maps. Used a Jonah one today: Nineveh, Joppa, Tarshish.

The maps are very cool!

However, why is not this module placed/sorted under Resources/Maps? Now I have both Users Maps and Maps, which seems unnecessary to me.

But thanks again for the work.:)

I'm having trouble when I get to the joining point in the process. It creates a zip folder that is corrupt or invalid. Could this be a Vista problem?

I too am having the Vista-bug.

Zip file is showing as corrupt and invalid, but the joining worked just fine. I love Vista, don't you?:D

(Hi, Cris!)
I initially had the problem using XP.
Check that the first 3 files are all 10,240KB in size, and that the 004 file is 4526KB. I had to download one of the files another time, and then the join and unzipping worked fine.

I will get the files up later today on the BibleWorks blog, then you can download it all in one shot without the combining, but it won't be until later on in the afternoon.

Thanks Professor...

Redownloaded the 1st and the 3rd, as I only managed to get 61k of the first, and 7400 or so of the 3rd. Deleted the previously joined .zip file, joined the four, put it into the database, and it is working fine.

Thanks, and thanks to Michael too for putting up the joined file just in case.

A new release of Bible Atlas:
OT and NT Biblegeocoding cliccable maps with link to ISBE Encyclopedia;
Corrected some minor bugs;
ISBE have all entries - not only these linked to OT-NT Biblegeocoding.

The files are mirrored here (http://bibleworks.oldinthenew.org/2007/04/update-bible-geocoding-module.html) as one file. 55 MB download!!

Thanks, Pasquale!

In NT John, when clicking on the "Sea of Tiberias" it returns a broken link.
