Hi! And welcome to the BW forum!

I have a few questions for you that will help in fixing your problem:

1. What Operating system are you using?

2. What version of BibleWorks?

3. Did BibleWorks EVER work on your laptop, and recently stopped?

My English clumsy .. sorry..^^;

Try to REinstall BW on your laptop. Start over completely.

First, UNinstall BW 7.0 from your laptop.

Second, REinstall BW 7.0 and apply all updates.

See if that solves your problem.

I'm tried it previously.
If it reinstall, the problem will be solved.
but when getting update, the problem occur again.

I'm already experienced several time like that process.

thank you for your answer....^^

but it is not enough.

I knew that some korean laptop user have same problem like me.

If you can get BibleWorks to open at all, you might want to try deleting your "patches" folder in the BibleWorks 7 directory, then open BibleWorks and download just the exec patch. Then try re-downloading any other patches that you want.
If BibleWorks won't open at all, try holding down the shift key while you open BibleWorks. That will open a window with some options to try. If you have some user databases (your Korean Bible, perhaps), these sometimes cause problems.
But if you have more troubles, please contact support@bibleworks.com. They should be able to help.
Blessings in Christ,

I think...

the exec update caused the problem...

I remember that other update no occured error...

but.. when exec update downloaded,

it caused the problem...

now, I reinstall BW again...

and finished version update without exec update...

until now, BW have no problem...-_-
