I have only owned BibleWorks for about three weeks but I can safetly say that I have never seen a development staff as responsive as this. What a refreshing change of pace from what I'm used to dealing with (Adobe, etc.)

It's been several years for me, through versions 5 and 6 and the BibleWorks staff continue to excel at all they do. :)

You are right. I have never experienced such care and after-sales- ongoing service with any product I have purchased. And you get Christian fellowship thrown in, too!

I also appreciate BW's response to problems and suggestions---a great program and staff.

Good to see this thread praising the BW staff. I've been so impressed with how responsive the programmers have been on fixing the 'bugs' as we users report them. I do hope this levels off soon and the BW programming staff can take their turns at some time off.
