You were sent the file on 3/27. Did you get it OK?

Thank you so much for helping us still using BW.
I received the download link after sending a new request but without the hyphens. And now it all works as it should.

How long time should I expect for the reply to arrive to me? I sent my request on March 11 but haven't recieved a reply yet.
