Activating BibleWorks 8, 9 or 10

Further to my message on 31/5 above, I am still awaiting the executable link to re-activate my BibleWorks. Should I re-send the re-activation e-mail to you? Please kindly follow up and advise.

Did you read the instructions on how to submit a request? Submissions that did not follow the direction will not receive a reply.

Dear Admin,

There are following 3 types of Subject formats mentioned in the instruction message and I used the second type (with a hyphen before serial no.). I have just re-sent reactivation request using the third type (no hyphen) and hope it will work.

BW10####-####-####-#### Your Name
BW10-ABCD-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP Your name
BW10ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOP Your name

Hi Mike. I own Bibleworks 8. You responded to my reactivation@bibleworks.com email by sending me BW1000 files (5/25/2026 at 10:18 AEST). Should it be BW800 files? Is this the reason why I can not get past the old activation process when I try to install the files you sent me?

Richard,

The original message that you sent requesting activation had BW10 in the title. You then sent one with BW80 in the title. So you were sent two activation files. You are probably using the wrong one.

If you cannot find it you can resubmit.

Hello, Sorry, but I still have not received a response to my reactivation requests. I believe both of my reactivation emails were correctly formatted according to the instructions on the forum, and I've checked inbox and junk mail multiple times. The first was 8/11 and the second was 8/21. Please advise if there's something else I need to try. I'd like to get my Bibleworks installation working again. Thank you
