If someone responds and If they are willing, have them send their serial number and name to me at reactivation@bibleworks.com. Have them put the following in the e-mail body:

name: seller's name
serial: the BW Serial Number
buyer: your name
buyer e-mail: your e-mail address

The Title line of the e-mail should read : "Serial Number Verification"

I will verify its authenticity and notify you. There are lots of hackers out there.
This should protect you.
