Note To German Users
I am receiving a lot of activation requests from Germany. I am encountering two problems. (1) Maybe there is a language problem, but people are putting the serial number in the text body, not on the subject line. These requests will not be processed. The e-mails are processed automatically and need ...

Re: Keyboard keys do not correspond properly
Try starting BW first and then Wors. Then reverse that. Does it matter which is started first?
Do you have any keyboard mapping software installed?
Go into Tools|Options|Startup and uncheck "mouse Hooks. Clixk OK. Then reatart BW.
Delete the BW1000.ini file and see if that makes a difference.

Re: Keyboard keys do not correspond properly
Registration would have nothing to do it.
What do you mean by "off". Examples please.
You can try deleting the bw1000.ini file to see if that helps. But back it up first if you have a lot of customizations.

Re: Missing modules
Please read the instructions that came with the executable replacements. I believe they point out that if modules are missing you probably did not enter all the codes when you installed BibleWorks on the new computer. You can run the original setup program on the installation media to add the codes ...

For those of you who don't know, Glenn was a content developer for BibleWorks for many years. He did a great job for us.

Re: Hitting a wall with reinstallation of BW10
If you are seeing that screen it means that you are running the old executable. They were not replaced by whatever you did. It looks like you copied links to the new files rather than the files.

Common Activation Mistake
A fairly common mistake that people make is that when they drag and drop the new executables to the BibleWorks folder, it can sometimes just copy a link, not the actual file. If that happens holding the CTRL key down when you drag and drop will force a copy of the file But if the file is locked that ...
