That is unexpected behavior. But I didn't design the activation code. The outlined procedure should fix it though.

If someone responds and If they are willing, have them send their serial number and name to me at reactivation@bibleworks.com. Have them put the following in the e-mail body:

name: seller's name
serial: the BW Serial Number
buyer: your name
buyer e-mail: your e-mail address
