I have done another uninstall, after the Revo Uninstaller completed I searched for another BW files and found a backup folder. I deleted this as well. I restarted my computer and began the reinstall procedure. This time it actually brought up the Activation screen, this is progress. I have ...

I have tried the suggestions that several have suggested.
Uninstalling BW (using Revo Uninstaller and removing all of the folders) and then reinstalling it with all the antivirus software off.
I have not made any progress in getting BW10 to initiate and run. It does make me ask again ...

I have tried to make sure BW is not blocked in my antivirus, I tried to open the program as an administrator all with no success.
If I went back to BW9, would that make any difference?

Abnormal termination
I am using BW10, I exited the program as usual although I recall seeing that there were 2 BW programs open at the same time.
When I returned, I saw an error message that said the program had closed with an abnormal termination.
