I finally got BW installed on my new computer (Thank you, Michael). But I forgot how to create a shortcut to my "desktop." All I can find in BibleWorks help is shortcuts within BibleWorks. So I have to go into "My computer programs to click on the BW1000.exe file. What can I do?

You cannot just copy files from the USB drive. You have uninstall thw current version if there is one. Then run the setup program on the USB drive, Then follow the direction sent to you with the link to the activation e-mail

Reinstalling BW should always work. But you need to remove the BW folder before reinstalling. Or just rename it if you have stuff you want to keep. You also need to reboot before reinstalling and disable your anti-virus temporarily before reinstalling and you ...

I sent a request for reactivation on a new computer on March 11th. My old computers battery is going out. However, I have not received an email. It seems everything is correct. How can we go forward.

Make sure you have Tools:Scaling options set to "BibleWorks Scales Itself". Also there is a Windows setting that may be causing a problem. Google "windows text rendering settings". When you invert the text using Negative Screen windows won't be aware that the background color has changed snd it ...
