  • Customer support requests sent or left on voice mail after June 15, 2018 will not be able to be answered, and no reply will be given.
  • Unanswered support requests sent by June 15, 2018 will be answered in the order received.
  • Support requests sent by June 15, 2018 to BibleWorks Customer Support by voice mail cannot be answered, but customers may e-mail service@bibleworks.com with the voice mail message they left before that date, specifying that it was a voice mail message sent by June 15, 2018.

General computer advice

Many questions that we receive involve general computer questions not specific to BibleWorks. We recommend taking a look at the excellent computer tutorials found on the internet. A large number of issues handled by BibleWorks technical support can be answered there.
