    Default Format Button Inoperable?

    Dear BWers: Hope all is well. Has anyone experienced, since the last update, the Format Button--both when using Shift-Ctrl-B in Word and with the Copy Center--as inoperable? I continue to click it to attempt to make formatting changes but to no avail.
