Trouble Copying Text from BW to Microsoft Word

Hey guys,

I got a call from a guy from our church a couple of days ago. He needs me to fix his computer. The problem is, I have no idea what to do. Here's the problem... he's trying to copy text from BibleWorks 4.0 into Microsoft Word. He says it worked on his old computer, but it doesn't work on his new one that he recently purchased. He called support and they told him to download and install a driver. He claims he already did that. I have to go over Monday afternoon to fix this... can you guys give me some tips on how to do this? I don't even know where to start.

I couldn't go today. Had a "last" minute doctor visit. Ugh. -.- I'm going over there tomorrow (Tuesday).
