Improving Greek databases

The WHO and TIS databases need some proofreading. Especially the square brackets are often out of synch.
Maybe there is some volunteer?

A useful addition to the Greek texts (from a scholarly perspective) would be Bernhard Weiss. He has created around 1900 an excellent text. Unfortunately I currently don't have the time to do it. But I always keep it at the back of my mind.

Are there plans from BW to improve the WHO and other Greek databases? Nothing has been done on them for a long time!

We correct all of those texts as errors are reported. The last such fix was just posted last week and prior to that in January. Send any errors you've found to support@bibleworks.com.

Well, this is definitely not true for the WHO and TIS databases. E.g. for a long time is is known that the square brackets are often out of synch here.

I’m sorry for your frustration with us lately. We are certainly trying to accommodate everyone’s wishes without taking us away from our primary development goals. As I said above we post fixes to the Greek databases as errors are reported. I’m sorry the errors you are referring to haven’t been fixed. If you can let me know what they are (by sending a report to support@bibleworks.com), I’ll look into them and try to let you know why they were not corrected. Keep in mind that these databases do not belong to us; we get them from their copyright holders. We do not have unlimited control over these databases which adds quite a bit more complexity their maintenance than you might think.

It contains the evangelicals, acts, catholic epistles and apocalypse. Haven´t found the rest yet.

By the way, Wieland, how is it going with the digitalization of Bernhard Weiss for BW? Are you still planning to do that?
