Chanukah - Dedicated Against Assimilation
The Hebrew word chanukah means "dedication" and marks an eight day winter celebration (this year, from December 7-15) that commemorates the victory of faith over the ways of speculative reason, and demonstrates the power of the miracle in the face of mere humanism.
At Hebrew for Christians, I've made it easy for you to celebrate Chanukah by providing the Hebrew blessings and candle-lighting customs in an easy to use format.
Also known as the Festival of Lights, Chanukah provides a clear picture of the radiance of Yeshua, the Light of the world who overcame the darkness that seeks to blind us. May you and your loved ones enjoy the Light of this season!
Shalom and may the LORD bless you always,
John Parsons, Hebrew for Christians

Reason: Bad Link
I really enjoy your articles and the website is excellent, I load it frequently. Keep 'em coming. There are very few (if any?) Jews in my area but your site helps me link the faith to it's roots for the church I serve, and it makes us Gentiles revel in the Grace and Majesty of our Lord.
Thanks Pastor Black!
Thank you, Pastor Thomas, for your encouraging words!
