HELP! - Version Comparison

I have accidentally turned on some highlight feature that I can't seem to turn off. I've searched the help, but to no avail. It looks like the text comparison feature is on, but I can't seem to turn it off.

The yellow highlight is a search result and that is fine, but the cyan I can't turn off!

Can anyone help? Thanks!

Click on the browse window (the middle pane) and type the letter "e" on your keyboard.

There are numerous ways to toggle this off and on, but usually it gets toggled because you type the letter "e" while the Browse Window is in focus. Among the many places you can turn it on/off, look under View on the main menu and then Show/Hide | Difference Highlighting.

I had the same issue, brought on in the same way, a few months back (here). It's surprising how distracting it can be to have this feature come on accidentally.
