Using a Hotkey in Microsoft Word to copy verses from BW

I'm sure I remember I once set up a hotkey (on a different computer) where, by typing in CTRL-J (or any other chosen combination) in Microsoft Word when BW was already open, a small box would open up, allowing me to type in a reference and the appropriate verse or passage would then be pasted into my Word document.

Could someone please tell me if this is still possible (and, if so, how to do it!)?

Option strings (under general)

And then under "Miscellaneous configuration strings" you will find "Popup Copy Key", which allows you to change to whatever you want. I would imagine that you must be careful that you don't change to something that your word processor or your system already has as a shortcut, otherwise there would be conflict.
