Text comparison turned itself on

Wow, I fired up BW this morning, and suddenly text comparison is (unwantedly) on steroids.

Anytime there are two or more of the same language version, compared text is highlighted.

Text comparison settings are blank. See attachment.



Did I accidentally turn something on? Can I turn it off? Is this a result of a recent update?

I'd rather not delete my INI file, if possible.

Win XP sp 3

It's easy to toggle text comparison on/off ...
With the mouse anywhere in the browse window, type the letter "e"
Type "e" again to turn it on.
