Bibleworks 8 Installation Problem

I was running the BW8 installation when I got the dialog box below. I submitted a service request but I forgot to tell them that I after I got the dialog box and clicked OK, the installation crashed. It doesn't show on the All Programs menu and I don't know if it updated the registry so I'm in a bit of a pickle. I was just wondering if anyone else had ever gotten this error. I have reinstalled BW a number of times since I've had it so I don't know what could have happened.

Well, I thought that the zip program might be interfering with it somehow (not Winzip), so I uninstalled it and ran the installation again. This time I got the same error but at a different point in the installation. I'll just wait and hear back from the BW folks.

I just wanted to finish this thread out. It turned out to be a smudge on the disk. I didn't think of that because I'm normally very careful when handling my disk. Thanks for the customer service from Bibleworks!
