    What a treasure of resources! Many thanks. I will pass much of this along to others.

    I do notice that some of the links are defunct or broken. I imagine there would be a little updating to do...

    Thanks for sharing that list. Have you incorporated those into your ERMIE? If so, would you be willing to share the ERM file so that we could simply import it into own ERMIEs?
