Default Best looking Grk & Heb fonts running under Linux?

I just successfully installed BW 8 under Fedora 12 and Wine 1.1.38.

I've experimented with various fonts for the best looking display of Greek and Hebrew. I've not been satisfied with any of them.

And apparently one cannot use a Unicode font, e.g., SBL Hebrew.

    What has been your experience?

Bibleworks is Unicode aware, meaning that it can export Hebrew/Greek text in the unicode format.

However, internally Bibleworks utilizes CCAT/ASCII (a type of Beta-code) and automatically transcribes it into the true type Hebrew/Greek fonts seen in the browser window.

Newer, databases may use unicode internally, but Greek and Hebrew texts are still encoded in CCAT/ASCII.
